Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve modern, best-in-class Platform software solutions for Personal Lines insurance products
- Support the Independent Agent experience and Sales & Service process
- Document and build deployment guides aimed at maintaining robust, relevant software
- Translate customer requirements into technical applications
- Support implementation of new software
- Coach and collaborate with junior software engineers
- Identify opportunities to enhance performance, quality, and efficiency
Requirements
- Skills in AWS technologies
- Experience in a hybrid agile environment
- Technical problem-solving skills beyond writing error-free code
- Ability to document and build deployment guides
- Customer-centric mindset
- Experience translating customer requirements into technical applications
- Mentorship experience with junior engineers
