Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance backend services and APIs using Golang, with infrastructure on AWS and relational databases like MySQL or Postgres.
- Lead initiatives to adopt artificial intelligence across engineering, focusing on improving developer efficiency, automation, and user experiences.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor to boost team output.
- Ensure uniformity and growth readiness across a microservices environment without compromising speed or stability.
- Define and refine standards for system monitoring, security protocols, and continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Guide software engineers through coaching and promote a culture centered on continuous learning, technical innovation, and reliable operations.
- Align with stakeholders across departments to convert strategic objectives into executable technical plans and deliver measurable outcomes.
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is $6,000 to $12,500 (gross USD), reflecting the high level of expertise, leadership, and impact required.
