Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture review process for all engineering teams to ensure consistency with platform strategy.
- Develop and enforce architectural standards, engineering policies, governance models, and industry best practices.
- Create reusable architectural patterns and reference designs to enhance scalability and development efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership across customer applications, data infrastructure, AI services, and internal systems.
- Shape and evolve the enterprise-wide technology strategy and long-term architectural vision.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to influence roadmaps through strategic technical guidance.
- Assess emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
- Drive platform modernization through API-first design, event-driven architectures, cloud efficiency, and technical debt reduction.
- Design architectural frameworks that support AI-native products, intelligent automation, machine learning, and generative AI.
- Work closely with Data and AI teams to build scalable, secure, and maintainable AI platforms.
- Ensure platform designs prioritize quality, reliability, observability, security, and system resilience.
- Coach senior engineers, staff-level contributors, and technical leads to promote engineering excellence and continuous learning.
- Engage with distributed teams across multiple time zones and geographies to align on technical direction.
