Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary connection point between client business units and software development teams.
  • Offer domain expertise to shape the design and execution of business-aligned technology solutions.
  • Lead stakeholder engagements including workshops, interviews, and requirement sessions to define business needs and convert them into functional designs, user stories, use cases, and process workflows, ensuring consistency with project objectives.
  • Collaborate with product management and cross-functional groups to manage, refine, and prioritize requirements.
  • Adapt requirements in response to project timelines, complexity, and evolving business needs.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to refine backlogs, prioritize work, and ensure clear communication for high-quality delivery.
  • Identify and document business dependencies and understand system architecture across integrated platforms.
  • Evaluate complex business operations, pinpoint opportunities for automation, and redesign processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Conduct data mapping and define integration requirements across systems.
  • Coordinate with project managers on task planning, resource allocation, and scheduling to ensure timely delivery, while tracking and reporting risks, assumptions, issues, and key decisions.
  • Document feature specifications and collaborate with Quality Assurance to verify system behavior meets defined requirements.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing and oversee smooth transition of new features to operations.
  • Maintain awareness of industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies in business analysis.
  • Operate independently with initiative, adapting daily tasks to shifting priorities and completing assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Engage in project status meetings and leadership-level discussions.
