Responsibilities
- Own the strategic direction and product roadmap for analytics capabilities, including web, digital experience, marketing, and application analytics within an agentic content intelligence platform.
- Define a distinct market position by identifying core customer segments, key value propositions, and competitive advantages in a saturated analytics landscape.
- Design a cohesive user experience that unifies insights across analytics domains, ensuring consistent data models, navigation, and workflows to minimize complexity and increase user engagement.
- Develop an integration strategy with external platforms such as tag managers, business intelligence tools, customer data platforms, CRM systems, advertising networks, experimentation tools, consent solutions, and data warehouses, evaluating build, buy, or partner approaches.
- Create systems that proactively surface insights through anomaly detection, opportunity identification, audience segmentation, attribution-based signals, and recommended next actions to drive decision-making.
- Enable other product areas by delivering actionable analytics data and segmentation to improve performance in search, accessibility, and executive reporting functions.
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to define data architecture, identity resolution, consent handling, event and content modeling, data governance, and service-level reliability standards.
- Establish and manage a comprehensive metrics and data quality program covering instrumentation, user adoption, data completeness, latency, accuracy, and impact on customer outcomes.
- Lead end-to-end product delivery across teams, from discovery to launch, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, timely execution, and balanced tradeoffs between speed and quality.
- Serve as the primary representative for the analytics domain, communicating roadmap direction, customer insights, and strategic updates to internal teams and external audiences, including sales and customer success enablement.
