Guidewire is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead our analytics application suite. In this role, you will be responsible for managing two flagship analytics applications, Guidewire Compare™ and Guidewire Canvas™, while also leading the ideation, development, and launch of a new greenfield application for exposure management.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for Guidewire’s analytics application suite, identifying market opportunities and translating customer needs into a product roadmap.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle for Compare and Canvas, ensuring their continued relevance and value.
- Lead the discovery, design, and development of a new exposure management application, ensuring it meets market demands and integrates with the platform.
- Leverage experience in geospatial tooling and data to build a product that provides insurers with a comprehensive, visual understanding of their risk.
- Work with engineering teams to integrate and visualize data from various sources (e.g., geocoding, building footprints, hazard data) to create powerful insights.
- Partner closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in the P&C insurance and geospatial technology sectors.
- Act as an internal and external champion for products, presenting to customers and prospects, speaking at events, and training internal teams.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of the P&C insurance industry, including key concepts such as underwriting, claims, reinsurance, and cat management.
- Proven track record in geospatial data and tooling, with a clear understanding of its use for risk analysis and exposure management.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the Insurtech, geospatial, or financial services industries.

You will work in a cross-functional environment, partnering with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
