Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for real estate products from concept to launch
- Define and evolve the product design vision in alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to solve complex user problems
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions and validate concepts
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
- Advocate for user needs throughout the development lifecycle
- Mentor and guide other designers across the organization
- Establish and maintain design system components for consistency
- Ensure accessibility and usability across all design outputs
- Present design strategies and solutions to stakeholders and executives
- Analyze user behavior data to refine and improve product experiences
- Drive design innovation while balancing technical feasibility
- Work within agile development environments and sprints
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in design workflows
- Integrate customer feedback into iterative design cycles
- Ensure brand alignment in all product interfaces
- Lead design critiques and facilitate feedback sessions
- Coordinate with international teams where applicable
- Support the development of design standards and best practices
- Contribute to recruiting and onboarding new design talent
