Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain the strategic direction, vision, and product roadmap for designated offerings within the vertically integrated product division.
- Collaborate with utility partners, client-facing delivery teams, and internal product units to uncover critical needs and prioritize high-impact solutions.
- Convert operational insights from utility partners into defined product goals and quantifiable performance indicators.
- Manage the development, prioritization, and execution of the product roadmap, delivering on commitments within agreed timelines while enabling adaptability in core platform functionality.
- Lead the creation and adoption of standardized compliance frameworks across product teams, promoting consistency while preserving team-level agility.
- Interpret intricate regulatory mandates and transform them into clear product requirements and client-ready messaging to support sales, implementation, and trust-building.
- Support the evolution of internal compliance methodologies and tools by applying a product-centric perspective to regulatory challenges.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to design, iterate, and validate product features through development cycles.
- Champion exceptional user experience standards across all compliance-related product interfaces.
- Integrate input from legal, regulatory, security, and external experts into practical product strategies that guide decision-making on complex compliance issues.
- Serve as the primary representative for Product Compliance Enablement across global product teams, both internally and in external engagements.
