Responsibilities
- Lead the development of pavement designs for roads, highways, streets, parking facilities, and airport projects from initial concept to final design stages.
- Conduct engineering analyses and design work for flexible, rigid, and composite pavement systems.
- Apply advanced software platforms for accurate and efficient pavement modeling and evaluation.
- Produce technical reports, design documentation, specifications, and material quantity estimates.
- Ensure all designs meet applicable local and international standards and adhere to internal quality requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including geometric design, drainage, structures, and lighting specialists.
- Engage in technical discussions with clients and regulatory agencies to secure design validation and approvals.
- Review project deliverables across disciplines to maintain technical accuracy and alignment with project timelines.
- Provide supervision and technical guidance to CAD technicians and modeling personnel within the project group.
