Responsibilities
- Manage senior-level technical relationships with key federal and public sector partners, providing strategic guidance to executive stakeholders such as CTOs, CISOs, and VPs.
- Lead joint technical planning and executive reviews to align partner roadmaps with organizational objectives at the highest levels.
- Design and oversee complex technical initiatives including cloud migrations, zero-trust observability frameworks, FedRAMP-compliant deployments, and enterprise DevSecOps transformations.
- Develop and deliver training programs, certifications, and technical workshops that enhance partner expertise and measurable performance.
- Work across internal teams to support partner activities such as customer demos, proof-of-value projects, team training, and advisory on best practices.
- Represent partner technical feedback—including use cases, feature requests, and support challenges—to internal teams and help drive resolutions.
- Act as the primary advocate for federal partner requirements within product, engineering, and technical services teams, influencing roadmap priorities.
- Continuously refine and promote best practices for platform adoption and long-term customer success.
