About the Role
Lead the deployment and configuration of Genesys Cloud platforms, providing expert guidance to clients and internal teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Direct the end-to-end implementation of Genesys Cloud contact center solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and define system architecture
- Configure and customize cloud-based telephony, routing, and reporting features
- Lead technical workshops and solution design sessions with client teams
- Ensure system integrations align with enterprise IT standards and security policies
- Provide hands-on configuration of call flows, user roles, and contact center workflows
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues during implementation and testing phases
- Develop detailed technical documentation and system specifications
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Coordinate with development teams for API integrations and custom applications
- Validate system performance through rigorous testing and optimization
- Support data migration and system cutover activities
- Deliver client training on platform administration and operations
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Act as a technical liaison between client stakeholders and implementation teams
