Miratech is hiring a Principal Genesys Cloud PS Consultant

About the Role

Lead end-to-end delivery of Genesys Cloud contact center solutions for enterprise clients, including architecture design, configuration, integration, and deployment, while serving as a technical advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical design and implementation of Genesys Cloud contact center platforms
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Conduct system configuration, workflow development, and contact routing design
  • Integrate Genesys Cloud with CRM and third-party business applications
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and performance optimization
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing
  • Develop solution documentation, including architecture diagrams and configuration guides
  • Lead client workshops and presentations to validate design approaches
  • Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and operational best practices
  • Manage technical aspects of project delivery within agreed timelines and scope
  • Support testing phases, including system integration and user acceptance testing
  • Deliver post-implementation support and transition to operations teams
  • Stay current with Genesys Cloud product updates and new feature releases
  • Participate in pre-sales activities with technical assessments and solution scoping
  • Coordinate with offshore teams for delivery support and task execution
  • Ensure adherence to change management and project governance standards
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues during deployment
  • Guide clients on platform capabilities and optimal use cases
  • Contribute to reusable assets and delivery accelerators
  • Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and technical leadership
