About the Role
Lead end-to-end delivery of Genesys Cloud contact center solutions for enterprise clients, including architecture design, configuration, integration, and deployment, while serving as a technical advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and implementation of Genesys Cloud contact center platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Conduct system configuration, workflow development, and contact routing design
- Integrate Genesys Cloud with CRM and third-party business applications
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and performance optimization
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Develop solution documentation, including architecture diagrams and configuration guides
- Lead client workshops and presentations to validate design approaches
- Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and operational best practices
- Manage technical aspects of project delivery within agreed timelines and scope
- Support testing phases, including system integration and user acceptance testing
- Deliver post-implementation support and transition to operations teams
- Stay current with Genesys Cloud product updates and new feature releases
- Participate in pre-sales activities with technical assessments and solution scoping
- Coordinate with offshore teams for delivery support and task execution
- Ensure adherence to change management and project governance standards
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues during deployment
- Guide clients on platform capabilities and optimal use cases
- Contribute to reusable assets and delivery accelerators
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and technical leadership
