Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the organization
- Develop, manage, and refine financial models to guide growth and strategic initiatives
- Produce monthly financial reports and dashboards with clear, data-driven insights
- Drive scenario analysis and prepare executive and board-level strategic materials
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership by turning financial data into business actions
- Collaborate across departments to ensure financial plans support company goals
- Assist in financial close processes in coordination with Accounting
- Support investor communications, fundraising efforts, and long-term planning
