Responsibilities
- Shape and refine the long-term technical vision and strategic direction for financial services systems.
- Develop robust, secure platforms that handle payment processing, invoicing, collections, and accounting ledgers at scale.
- Oversee integration with banking institutions, payment gateways, and financial technology partners.
- Work closely with leadership in Finance, Product, and Engineering to ensure technical initiatives support business goals.
- Champion high standards in system reliability, monitoring, transaction correctness, and financial data integrity.
- Guide experienced engineers through architectural decision-making, code reviews, and technical mentorship.
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of critical incidents affecting financial operations and fund transfers.
- Evaluate new technologies, payment methods, and artificial intelligence tools to enhance system performance and user experience.
