Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle technical deployments, managing requirements, design, configuration, testing, and go-live phases to deliver rapid customer value.
- Coordinate technical and strategic communication with client and partner stakeholders, ensuring alignment and accountability across all teams for on-schedule project completion.
- Provide expert insight through solution evaluations, comparative assessments, and forward-looking recommendations, while tracking industry advancements and contributing to public knowledge sharing.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients and partners, supporting long-term planning and adoption of industry best practices.
- Promote innovation by investigating new design approaches, methodologies, and improvements to enhance solution effectiveness.
- Support team growth by mentoring engineers and encouraging a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and knowledge exchange.

- Complete security and privacy literacy training during initial onboarding and each year thereafter.
- Review, understand, and comply with Information Security and Privacy Policies annually, including but not limited to: Data Classification, Retention & Handling, Incident Response, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery, Mobile Device, Account Management, Access Control, and Personnel Security policies.
