Responsibilities
- Acts as the primary owner for major technical initiatives, overseeing project execution, system architecture, and full lifecycle delivery.
- Collaborates with Product Management and other teams to define unclear requirements, align technical plans with business objectives, and coordinate interdependencies.
- Leads architectural planning, breaks down complex tasks pragmatically, and organizes execution to achieve continuous progress.
- Develops standardized technical patterns, reusable components, and platform foundations for broader team adoption.
- Enhances engineering productivity by advancing tooling, automation, documentation, monitoring, and development workflows.
- Guides engineers in technical growth, strengthens decision quality, and promotes consistent, high-performance execution.
- Leads the integration of AI tools throughout development processes, building secure, compliant automation capabilities aligned with industry standards.
