Responsibilities
- Shape and refine the organization-wide developer experience strategy in collaboration with engineering leadership
- Bridge initiatives between inner-loop development tools and outer-loop cloud or platform experiences
- Promote a unified developer experience to prevent isolated improvements and system fragmentation
- Lead initiatives that enhance the full developer lifecycle from onboarding to deployment
- Define and implement standardized metrics for developer productivity and engineering performance, including DORA and DX indicators
- Guide the development and adoption of internal developer platforms and self-service tools across engineering teams
- Ensure CI/CD systems are reliable, consistent, and optimized for rapid, predictable software delivery
- Champion the integration of AI-powered tools and practices into the software development lifecycle with safeguards for experimentation
- Collaborate with engineering, platform, and SRE teams to influence technical direction without direct authority
- Serve as a mentor and technical role model to elevate developer experience practices across the organization
