Responsibilities
- Develop and manage secure agent environments with sandboxing, isolation, network controls, secrets handling, role-based access, and approval mechanisms to integrate agents reliably into infrastructure.
- Design and sustain interfaces using MCP-style adapters and gateways that enable agents to interact with source control, CI/CD pipelines, ticketing systems, documentation tools, cloud platforms, and observability solutions across all teams.
- Own the creation and maintenance of an evaluation pipeline featuring standardized tasks, grading systems, regression testing, and release checkpoints to ensure agentic workflows are verifiable and efficient to validate.
- Implement comprehensive observability and cost management with tracing, telemetry, token tracking, workflow cost metrics, rate limiting, and failure recovery to provide clear visibility and control.
- Develop reusable platform components such as templates, starter kits, wrapper scripts, and automated workflows that capture proven practices from pilot programs for rapid team adoption.
- Collaborate closely with the AI Architect to translate reference designs into production-ready code on a consistent, non-negotiable timeline.
