Laravel is hiring a Principal Designer for our web team to bring craft, taste, and design excellence to our logged-out site experiences. You will be responsible for leading the design of laravel.com and related properties, owning the user experience end-to-end, and creating high-performing, reusable components.
What You'll Do
- In partnership with Marketing, lead the design of laravel.com and related properties.
- Own the user experience end-to-end: crafting highly interactive, elegant interfaces.
- Create reusable, high-performing components based on experiment results.
- Monitor experiment outcomes and iterate designs based on performance data.
- Help evolve design patterns to scale learnings across multiple page variants.
What We're Looking For
- Strong product thinking and experimentation mindset.
- Experience designing for conversion optimization and user acquisition.
- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Data-informed approach to design decisions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user acquisition metrics.
