Responsibilities
- Evaluate team delivery performance to uncover inefficiencies in processes, accountability, and cross-team coordination
- Design and deploy lightweight, scalable enhancements to delivery frameworks
- Develop performance dashboards, establish key metrics, and support weekly business reporting
- Transform delivery data into practical insights for decision-making
- Revive stalled projects by clarifying ownership, reprioritizing tasks, and defining clear next actions
- Facilitate alignment across functions to ensure seamless execution
- Integrate AI and automation tools to strengthen planning, reporting, and collaboration workflows
- Minimize manual operational workloads through system improvements
- Establish clear ownership zones, implement operational safeguards, and enhance collaboration at scale
Compensation
Gross salary starting at 6500 EUR/month, adjusted based on experience and skill level, with flexibility to align pay with candidate impact and value contribution
