Responsibilities
- Join the Performance Excellence team to support operational improvements
- Analyze data across countries and clusters to address quality escapes, root causes, KPIs, and strategic forecasting
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business requirements and deliver measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with Process Engineers, BAU Leads, and Transformation teams on compliance and local project execution
- Identify optimization opportunities in day-to-day operations and lead process and tool harmonization
- Design and deploy solutions that promote standardization and efficiency while respecting local operational needs
- Develop, assess, and execute policies and procedures, including process mapping and sharing best practices across regions
- Lead problem-solving and improvement workshops, engaging cross-functional team members
- Use data and performance metrics to uncover improvement potential and build evidence-based business cases
- Partner with Global Enablement, Governance, Process Owners, and Operations leadership to uphold delivery quality standards
- Apply AI-driven approaches to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows
