Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle implementation of advanced, scalable data platforms and data warehouse systems for enterprise clients.
- Create and oversee resilient data architectures using tools like Snowflake, AWS, Azure, and Databricks, ensuring high performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
- Deliver hands-on technical leadership by guiding engineering teams, establishing coding and design standards, and mentoring staff to improve project-wide capabilities.
- Build, refine, and manage data pipelines, data models, and storage structures to ensure consistent, accurate, and trustworthy data outputs.
- Collaborate with data governance and reporting leaders to align technical designs with organizational data strategies and industry best practices.
- Support solution design and technical scoping, contributing to pre-sales efforts by shaping practical, value-focused client proposals.
- Engage with multidisciplinary teams including data scientists, analysts, and business leaders to deliver high-impact data solutions.
- Simplify and communicate complex technical ideas into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deliver confident, structured presentations to clients and internal stakeholders using concise reporting and effective storytelling.
- Coordinate with project managers to maintain on-time, on-budget delivery within defined project scope.
