Liberty Mutual Insurance is looking for a Principal Cybersecurity Specialist to provide deep technical leadership and drive the implementation of critical security controls. In this senior role, you will act as a subject matter expert, tackling complex problems to protect our digital assets.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced cybersecurity solutions and architectural patterns
- Perform in-depth analysis of security threats, vulnerabilities, and emerging risks
- Guide and mentor other security team members on technical approaches and best practices
- Develop strategic recommendations to enhance the organization's overall security posture

What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in a senior-level cybersecurity role, with a proven track record of leading initiatives
- Deep technical expertise across multiple security domains (e.g., cloud security, network security, application security)

- Excellent communication skills to articulate risks and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, SANS GIAC)
