Responsibilities
- Drive ongoing improvements to the organization's risk management framework, ensuring consistency, scalability, and repeatable processes
- Develop and expand a business-aligned advisory model with defined engagement methods, communication structures, and collaboration cadences to integrate governance, risk, and compliance into strategic decisions
- Deliver timely risk guidance for product innovation, engineering updates, vendor selections, architectural evaluations, and other critical initiatives, ensuring clear understanding of risks and trade-offs
- Establish and maintain strong relationships across functions, acting as a trusted advisor who converts intricate technical and business risks into practical, business-relevant guidance
- Mentor GRC analysts to enhance advisory skills, apply risk methodologies uniformly, and provide high-quality, on-demand support within their business domains
- Collaborate with Governance and GRC Engineering teams to align risk insights with compliance standards, ongoing control monitoring, and assurance processes
- Lead risk discussions at technical and executive levels through Risk Governance Committees, promoting clarity, alignment with risk tolerance, and accountable outcomes
- Create concise, executive-facing risk summaries, reports, and dashboards that enable leadership to understand, prioritize, and act on key risks
