Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend systems through hands-on development and deployment.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between the MPG team and client stakeholders, collaborating with project management and engineering leadership.
- Convert client specifications into actionable engineering tasks for self and team execution.
- Evaluate and balance performance, timeline, and budget constraints when designing system solutions.
- Guide and assign technical work to team members to foster professional growth and engineering capability.
- Develop cost projections for online services based on anticipated user concurrency.
- Promote and enforce engineering excellence, including modular architecture, code standards, and testing practices.
- Collaborate with technical leads and production staff to assess project risks, opportunities, and long-term planning.
- Support team members in achieving professional certifications and advancing toward technical leadership roles.
