Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in specific business areas to deliver tailored technical solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams to define and refine application architecture strategies as initiatives evolve.
- Lead architectural design reviews and ensure implementation aligns with approved direction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate and propose emerging technologies, frameworks, methodologies, and tools to advance the organization's technical foundation.
- Communicate sophisticated system designs and integration approaches clearly using diagrams and other visual aids when needed.
- Build proof-of-concept implementations involving problem assessment, solution design, development, and documentation.
- Support resolution of critical production issues, including performance optimization, memory leaks, and environment-specific challenges.
- Drive knowledge sharing through best practice advocacy, leadership engagement, training sessions, mentorship, and technical publications.
- Partner with internal teams to establish consistent application development standards and recommended practices.
- Escalate critical issues and project risks to executive leadership when necessary.
- Perform additional duties as required by business needs.
