Responsibilities
- Manage the operational rhythm of the Center of Excellence, including workstreams, deliverables, progress reporting, and leadership review cycles.
- Maintain a comprehensive view of the organization’s AI initiatives, including tracking projects, dependencies, risks, and expected business impact.
- Design and oversee processes for submitting, evaluating, and approving AI investments using intake and stage-gate frameworks.
- Collaborate with the CoE Program Lead to create a strategic AI roadmap aligned with enterprise goals.
- Work with the Head of AI COE to shape transformation objectives and convert them into actionable programs.
- Develop and sustain an integrated, cross-functional technology and initiative roadmap.
- Enforce accountability for meeting project milestones and stage-gate requirements.
- Lead end-to-end delivery coordination across data engineering, data science, application development, infrastructure, security, and business functions.
- Engage with business teams to uncover AI use cases, validate business value, and establish success criteria.
- Monitor and report financial and strategic returns across the AI portfolio to senior executives, including the CIO and C-suite.
- Integrate ethical AI practices—such as fairness, explainability, data privacy, and regulatory compliance—in collaboration with Legal, Risk, and Information Security teams.
- Develop and expand CoE resources, including standardized playbooks, AI education programs, and shared technology guidelines.
- Promote organization-wide AI adoption through structured change management, internal communications, and training programs.
