Scopely is hiring a Principal AI Product Security Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with game development teams to create end-to-end security strategies aligned with design and engineering workflows
  • Perform threat modeling, assess vulnerabilities, and conduct security audits throughout the game development lifecycle
  • Develop and deploy security controls to reduce risks while meeting internal policies and industry standards
  • Advocate for secure coding methods and embed security practices across all stages of software development
  • Lead and support penetration testing initiatives and security evaluations of game features
  • Deliver advanced technical advice to strengthen game and backend infrastructure security
  • Convert business goals, technical limitations, and threat data into executable security plans
  • Explore and apply AI solutions for faster vulnerability triage, prioritization, and resolution
  • Leverage AI to enhance security operations, including alert processing, investigation, and incident response
  • Integrate AI into product security tasks such as code review, finding analysis, and penetration testing support
  • Create AI-powered tools, workflows, and autonomous agents to minimize manual work and increase accuracy
  • Enhance vulnerability management using AI for risk categorization, remediation recommendations, and data analysis
  • Work with Security Operations to strengthen detection and response through automation and AI-assisted analysis
  • Embed AI functionalities into existing security platforms like Wiz, SIEM, Jira, and IAM systems
  • Build scalable, reusable AI components that can be adopted across multiple teams and studios
  • Define practical guidelines for secure AI usage, covering data handling, quality assurance, and human oversight
  • Establish measurable outcomes for AI-driven processes, including efficiency, response speed, remediation volume, and signal reliability
  • Architect and deploy robust, scalable security solutions for cloud environments and backend services
  • Coordinate with information security leads to ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations
  • Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation of security designs, procedures, and decisions for diverse audiences
  • Increase efficiency in security engineering through automation and custom tool development
  • Monitor emerging security threats, technologies, and AI advancements to continuously improve defenses
  • Engage regularly with studio leadership to understand development roadmaps and align security support
  • Co-create security roadmaps in collaboration with game development teams
  • Provide regular updates to Information Security and studio management on threat trends and game security status
