Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive evaluations of machine learning systems, covering infrastructure, data workflows, model development cycles, and organizational preparedness, delivering strategic insights that inform leadership choices and secure future projects.
- Collaborate with sales and solution teams during proposal development, providing deep technical expertise to define realistic and effective project scopes and deliverables.
- Act as the top technical advisor on client initiatives, potentially managing several engagements at once, offering architectural direction, validating technical execution, and stepping in directly when critical challenges arise—without handling routine implementation tasks.
- Lead or coordinate the development of high-impact proof-of-concept projects that demonstrate value and build client confidence ahead of larger-scale commitments.
- Guide clients in establishing robust machine learning operations practices, including pipeline design, model lifecycle controls, large language model operational patterns, and monitoring solutions, translating complexity into sustainable team-owned frameworks.
- Influence the success of technically demanding sales opportunities by providing architectural vision and expert validation that turns potential clients into confirmed engagements.
- Advance the internal capabilities of the machine learning practice by mentoring peers, participating in technical hiring, and contributing to reusable tools, reference designs, and industry insights.
