EX Squared is looking for a Principal AI Engineer to lead the hands-on development of next-generation AI systems. In this senior role, you will drive the creation of computer vision and recommendation models that analyze visual content, extract metadata, and personalize user experiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI models for computer vision and recommendation systems.
- Build AI models that analyze visual content, extract metadata, and deliver personalized product recommendations.
- Combine deep learning techniques, including CNNs and transformer-based vision models, with behavioral analytics to optimize user experiences.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership and mentoring engineers.
- Shape the AI architecture and influence strategic product direction.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading the design and deployment of production AI models for computer vision and/or recommendation systems.
- Expertise in deep learning techniques, including CNNs and transformer-based vision models.
- Strong background in applying AI models to analyze visual content and extract metadata.
- Experience integrating behavioral analytics with AI models to drive personalization.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor engineers in a cross-functional team environment.
