Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and ongoing management of conversational chatbot systems tailored for enterprise and consumer applications.
- Advance testing frameworks, simulation environments, and learning workflows to enhance chatbot effectiveness.
- Develop hierarchical intent classification systems, train models, and define fallback protocols for improved user interactions.
- Create robust evaluation frameworks to assess and improve dialogue quality.
- Implement automated detection of failure cases, A/B testing infrastructure, and rapid iteration cycles.
- Maintain high standards for scalability, data security, and adherence to regulations within AI solutions for cryptocurrency trading platforms.
