Responsibilities
- Act as the primary pricing authority, working closely with Product Management to shape pricing and packaging strategies for new features, products, and platform updates.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of cloud infrastructure costs and assess how shifts in usage or architecture affect profitability.
- Design, manage, and maintain sophisticated financial models to forecast revenue, cost, and margin outcomes under various pricing and expansion scenarios.
- Conduct in-depth research on customer usage behaviors and key data points to identify the most effective and equitable pricing metrics.
- Coordinate with Go To Market, Finance, and Product Engineering teams to ensure accurate setup, clear communication, and seamless execution of pricing updates in billing systems.
