Responsibilities
- Configure, calibrate, and operate various press machines
- Complete all preparation activities related to the specific press type, including mounting plates or fitting cylinders
- Inspect plates and cylinders for defects and verify proper image alignment
- Prepare press blankets, set correct tension, and adjust registration
- Adjust color settings and machine parameters before and during production to meet quality standards
- Clean, oil, and service press equipment, conduct minor repairs, and replace damaged or worn components
- Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks as recommended by equipment manufacturers
- Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors
Compensation
Starting at $22.37 per hour plus a $3.00 per hour premium for third shift
