Responsibilities
- Design and execute lesson plans and activities tailored to preschoolers' developmental needs
- Establish a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that fosters curiosity and imagination
- Organize and prepare materials for daily lessons, projects, and displays
- Conduct interactive sessions including arts and crafts, music, storytelling, and imaginative play
- Integrate technology and hands-on learning to reinforce fundamental concepts
- Monitor and evaluate children's development, keeping detailed records and providing updates to parents
- Maintain open communication with parents through regular meetings and progress reports
- Ensure a safe and orderly classroom environment for children
