As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping young minds and fostering a love for learning in a safe and nurturing environment. - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development - Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity - Plan and prepare materials for daily activities, projects, and display boards - Lead engaging activities such as arts and crafts, music and singing, storytelling, and imaginative play - Incorporate technology and hands-on learning experiences to enhance children's understanding of basic concepts - Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for parents - Communicate regularly with parents through meetings and progress updates - Ensure the safety and well-being of children by maintaining a clean and organized classroom - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning experience - Adhere to all school policies, procedures, and educational standards
