- Address technical inquiries with precision and depth during pre-sales discussions and evaluation phases.
- Maintain ongoing dialogue with clients to refine solution designs based on evolving needs, in coordination with sales leads.
- Foster trusted advisor relationships through consistent, transparent communication and reliable follow-through.
- Analyze customer workflows and operational use cases to inform solution design and strategic recommendations.
