Responsibilities
- Assist with meal preparation in back-of-house or front-of-house operations
- Engage with customers and prepare customized, made-to-order menu items in a high-volume setting
- Prepare food throughout the shift and support culinary staff in completing the prep sheet
- Set up and close down the open line workstation for service
- Adhere to ServSafe food handling guidelines and maintain a clean work station
