Mariya Lazareva is looking for a Pre-Setter/Setter to drive customer acquisition and lead generation in the beauty and skin health sector. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, qualifying their needs and setting the stage for successful consultations.
What You'll Do
- Identify and contact potential customers daily, conduct initial conversations, and qualify leads to ensure they match our offerings.
- Plan and coordinate appointments between potential customers and our closing team to ensure smooth and efficient coordination.
- Build a trusting relationship with potential customers and guide them through the entire sales process.
- Support our closers in their operational activities and ensure they are always well prepared.
- Analyze the needs and interests of potential customers to ensure they are the right contacts for our services.
- Maintain and update customer data in our CRM system to ensure smooth processes.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: €2,400 to €3,000 per month.
- Commission for every won lead that results in a sale through the closer.
