Tietoevry is looking for a Pre-Sales Manager to join the New Sales team at Tieto Banktech, serving as the technical and strategic backbone of sales pursuits. In this role, you will design tailored solutions, lead proposal development, and engage with senior stakeholders to drive successful bids.
What You'll Do
- Act as a trusted solution architect, crafting tailored functional and technical solutions that align with customer requirements and showcase Tieto Banktech's value proposition.
- Present solution concepts, architectural diagrams, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, including board-level executives.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams involving technical, non-technical, compliance, security, and commercial experts across Tieto Banktech's domains.
- Drive clarity, accountability, and momentum throughout the pursuit lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to Tieto Banktech's bidding processes and governance standards.
- Maintain a high level of rigor and consistency across all pre-sales activities.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated success in solution design, stakeholder coordination and workstream management.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting role within a financial technology or enterprise software organization.
- Strong understanding of banking products and services, with deep expertise in one or more Tieto Banktech's offerings.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex concepts.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and delivery.
