About the Role
The therapist will work under clinical supervision to provide therapeutic services to clients with eating disorders, contributing to treatment planning and progress monitoring while developing clinical skills in a supported environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individual therapy sessions using established clinical protocols
- Collaborate with supervising clinicians on treatment strategies
- Document client progress in compliance with clinical standards
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews

- Follow ethical and confidentiality guidelines in all client interactions
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members
- Adhere to state-specific clinical regulations and scope of practice
- Respond to client needs within defined response timeframes
- Utilize telehealth platform for secure client communication
- Attend supervision sessions regularly
- Implement feedback from clinical supervisors
- Contribute to a client-centered treatment environment
- Uphold professional boundaries in all client relationships
- Monitor client risk and escalate when necessary
- Follow crisis response protocols as required
- Maintain current licensure eligibility status
- Complete required documentation within established deadlines
- Support treatment continuity across care team members
