About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and analytical PPC Manager to lead paid search efforts for select brands and markets. You will serve as the primary contact for local marketing teams and cross-functional partners, managing substantial media budgets with a focus on strategic spend, performance reporting, and data-backed recommendations. This hands-on position involves daily planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, within a central team structure emphasizing growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on Google and Microsoft platforms.
- Achieve key performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, and new depositing customer volume through efficient budget use.
- Develop and maintain high-performing campaigns for continuous and event-based marketing efforts.
- Perform regular keyword research, test ad copy, refine bidding strategies, and improve audience targeting.
- Oversee campaign budgets, forecasts, and pacing to align spending with business goals.
- Collaborate with media agencies to boost performance, implement new platform features, and monitor competitor activity.
- Deliver performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work with internal teams to align paid search with CRM, brand campaigns, and product strategies.

You will own stakeholder communication for your markets, acting as the main PPC point of contact for local marketing teams and cross-functional partners. You will manage and optimise significant media budgets, ensuring strategic allocation of spend, clear performance reporting, and data-driven recommendations aligned with business objectives. This is a hands-on role, responsible for the day-to-day planning, execution and performance optimisation of our paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. You’ll work locally within the central PPC team, with a clear focus on acquisition efficiency and brand growth in competitive markets.
