Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and implementation of solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Design and build Model-Driven Apps, Power Apps, automated workflows, Dataverse configurations, and custom platform components.
- Connect Dynamics 365 and Power Platform systems with enterprise applications including ERPs, intranets, external tools, and cloud services.
- Establish technical architecture, coding standards, and development practices in line with enterprise guidelines.
- Assess and advise on the most effective mix of native platform features versus custom-built elements.
- Maintain high solution quality through code reviews, testing protocols, governance frameworks, and compliance with security and performance benchmarks.
- Work with business teams, solution architects, and client groups to convert business needs into technical designs.
- Implement Application Lifecycle Management, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methods, and environment strategies across Power Platform projects.
- Offer technical guidance, mentorship, and skill development support to developers and consultants.
- Assist in project planning, technical scoping, risk assessment, and key technology decisions during delivery phases.
- Support growth of the Power Platform practice through knowledge sharing, capability building, and process improvements.
