Responsibilities
- Set up and tailor SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, metadata structures, and access controls
- Enable efficient document and records management along with team collaboration workflows
- Support migration efforts and upgrade legacy SharePoint sites to modern standards
- Design and implement Canvas-based Power Apps connected to SharePoint or Dataverse
- Develop automated workflows using Power Automate for approvals, alerts, data sync, and task handling
- Build and manage Power BI reports and dashboards to support operational insights
- Integrate solutions with core Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, Outlook, and Excel
- Connect platforms to structured data systems such as SharePoint, SQL databases, Excel files, Dataverse, and APIs
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to application functionality, permissions, and data integrity
- Adhere to organizational policies on data governance, DLP rules, and security protocols
- Create clear technical documentation and user support materials
- Deliver development work within Agile, Scrum, or SAFe sprint-based project cycles
