Responsibilities
- Oversee post-production processes for high-level video materials including presentations, events, product demonstrations, and internal or external messaging
- Track and update production timelines, key deadlines, review periods, and final outputs across several simultaneous initiatives
- Provide administrative support to creative personnel, ensuring clear communication and consistent execution from project start to completion
- Perform video editing tasks using Adobe Premiere Pro and related Adobe Creative Cloud applications, a central part of the role
- Organize the flow of digital assets, manage file versions, secure approvals, and facilitate handoffs between teams and external collaborators
- Develop and keep current comprehensive production schedules, progress trackers, and project documentation
- Ensure all post-production work meets leadership expectations, brand guidelines, and intended distribution formats
- Anticipate potential delays, workflow issues, or changes in project scope and propose corrective actions
