Responsibilities
- Transcribe, tag, and classify speech and voice recordings
- Apply defined protocols to maintain high accuracy and uniformity across large datasets
- Sustain consistent output volume while achieving quality benchmarks
- Identify and report ambiguous or unclear cases; adjust to updated guidelines
- Engage in team review sessions to align on quality standards
