The Polish-Russian-Speaking Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer care through phone, email, and chat support, while building lasting relationships with customers. This remote role involves technical troubleshooting, order processing, and collaboration within a team-oriented environment at a TV Company.
What You'll Do
- Help customers on the phone, by email, and via chat
- Answer customer questions that may require research and technical knowledge of computers, networks, routers, and TVs
- Process orders and payments in the CRM system
- Comply with company's rules
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues with Set-Top-Boxes and networks
- Work as a team player and partner with fellow colleagues
- Foster open and constructive communication
- Ensure a consistently exceptional customer experience

What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Polish and Russian
- Ability to work remotely with a laptop and a good internet connection
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to Set-Top-Boxes and networks
