Responsibilities

• Oversee and prioritize the executive team's task backlog in alignment with strategic business objectives
• Develop, deploy, and manage streamlined workflows for technical and creative teams to ensure consistent delivery and reduce delays
• Coordinate executive meetings, produce progress summaries for leadership, and maintain visibility across critical project milestones
• Serve as the primary communication hub connecting Product, Art, Tech, and Marketing teams for unified operations
• Evaluate current operational processes and introduce proven methods to enhance efficiency and performance
