Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a round-the-clock plumbing team
- Coordinate technician scheduling to optimize dispatch efficiency
- Utilize Service Titan or comparable software for managing workflows, tracking performance, and generating reports
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor plumbing technicians and administrative personnel
- Design and deliver training initiatives to enhance technical expertise and customer service abilities
- Establish performance targets and conduct evaluations, including analysis of KPIs and gross profit metrics
- Foster a safe, positive, and high-performing workplace culture
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service across all interactions
- Address escalated client concerns and ensure prompt resolution and follow-up
- Monitor active service jobs, progress updates, and customer satisfaction indicators
- Prepare, present, and close plumbing service estimates with clients
- Assist office coordinators and field staff in identifying upsell opportunities and delivering effective solutions
- Track department financial performance and pinpoint areas for revenue expansion
- Review completed service reports, job details, and field documentation for accuracy
- Lead departmental audits and ensure adherence to internal policies and standards
- Partner with executive leadership to refine operations and support financial objectives
