Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain water treatment equipment, piping systems, and fixtures including sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
- Test and troubleshoot plumbing systems to ensure proper operation.
- Ensure all work complies with building codes and environmental regulations.
- Be on call for plumbing emergencies, with additional compensation for on-call and travel time.
- Keep accurate work records and perform scheduled maintenance services.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of plumbing experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- A valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting, climbing, and using tools.
- Successful completion of a criminal background investigation and a medical examination, including a drug screening, prior to employment.
- Satisfactory responses to reference requests.
- Proof of identity and legal authority to work in the United States.
