Responsibilities
- Develop PLC programs according to control specifications and established industry standards to ensure safe and efficient equipment performance
- Produce clear and concise operational documentation outlining control settings and system behavior during standard and fault conditions
- Offer remote or on-site technical support to validate or adjust PLC programming as needed
- Deliver customer training sessions and support sales efforts with product demonstrations and presentations
- Collaborate with internal departments, engineers, clients, and end-users to confirm correct system configuration and design
- Support the development of other team members by sharing knowledge and expertise in relevant technical areas
