Responsibilities
- Transform existing games into interactive user experiences
- Optimize playable ads for the best user experience, scalability, and adaptability
- Integrate an analytics solution to measure interactions and gain insights to offer the best user experience
- Build interactive playable templates that can be customized by graphic designers
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives (e.g. testing new tools, implementing new processes, etc.)
- Develop a deep understanding of how your creations perform and why
- Work within a small creative squad with amazing people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities
- Have the opportunity to cover different product scopes (e.g., hypercasual, casual, consumer apps, etc.)
- Become a creative expert in mobile gaming: benchmark what our competitors are doing, experiment with new ideas
Requirements
- Fully proficient in playable ad creation or in developing Unity projects (size optimized to be used as playable)
- Experience creating playable ads in Unity (Luna), Cocos Creator or any relevant platform
- Adequate knowledge of object-oriented programming and web game development
- Proactive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Deeply familiar with the mobile gaming market, in particular, hyper casual and casual games
- Creative mindset and knowledge in game design
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with 3rd party SDKs, analytics, and A/B testing in mobile games
